Can I iron my veil?
Yes! You can use iron or steam iron for your veil. The only exception is veils with pearls or sequins: we recommend using steam iron only for them.

How should I iron the veil?
We recommend starting with a low temperature, gradually increasing to medium. If the fabric does not smooth out, continue ironing but do not dwell on one spot.

What if my veil has an edge/stripe/lace? Should I iron that part too?
No, we recommend avoiding the stripe/lace area while ironing.

What if my veil has an inscription/dates/pattern? Should I iron that part too?
Yes, embroidery can also be ironed.

How can I be sure which temperature is safe for my veil?
We totally understand your feelings. That’s why with every order we include a small mesh bow, which should be tested with an iron first. That’s how you can feel more confident when ironing your veil!

Is there a return/exchange policy for personalized items?
There are no exchanges or returns for personalized goods, only in case of defects

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within two weeks of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that return labels are not provided.
